nforce4 sli resource conflict

Does anyone else have an NForce 4 based motherboard? How about the MSI k8N SLI?
I only have a 7600GT PCIe video card installed in my machine, have the serial and parallel ports disabled, Raid disabled, SLI spectrum disabled, the IR disabled, and SATA3/4 controller disabled. I have 2 hard drives and a DVD connected. Pata 1 master(Boot Drive), Pata2 Slave(DVD), Sata1 Data hard drive
Even with that limited of a system, I am getting resource conflicts. I hope to be able to add some drives and set up a raid, and possibly another video card for SLI in the future..
The listing for the Nvidia nForce4 PCI System Management shows the following info: Input/Output Range 4C00 - 4C3F not available. Input/Output Range 4C40 - 4C7F not available.
Any ideas?
